@Ashley, I have tried a retractable and a Kohl liner and can't seem to get that part. What should I use?

I use a small angled brush and use whatever eyeshadow I am doing the cut crease with and line it. I also do it just above the natural crease on my lid. and blend the shadow above the sharp line I make. I'm doing a cut crease look tomorrow I can do a pictorial if you like.

I have a 3 year old and she doesn't like when I do my makeup because my full attention isn't on her lol.. it doesn't take long tho I just snap a pic of every step. definitely keep an eye out in your news feed. :)) anyway I have to go to bed. good night lovely.
