I was thinking of buying matte black doc martens but I wasn't sure what to wear them with
do you think they'll get out of style?

I think I coloured ones are kind of tacky and will go out of style. The black docs look like combat boots so I think they look much better.

With black leggings and plaid, any grunge style, or this:

I think they look really nice if you dress like that all the time. kind of grungy / laid back. but if you don't dress that way all the time I think they may look tacky / go out of style quickly.

Black ones! Some outfit ideas:
High waisted shorts with a crop too and metal jewelry and accents
A circle skirt and a crop top.
(You can add tights to both these outfits if its colder out)

Agreed with Rozberry, Doc Martens are timeless and add the finishing touch to so many outfits. I have 6 pairs :D.

Check out the brand Brandy Melville for clothes. I think a lot of their stuff would go really good with Doc Martens.
