Its so awesome to see your progress I should try to do it and see how fast mine grows lol I mean I use coconut oil religiously and its done miracles to my hair. I wonder if I took the biotin if mine would grow faster ;)

Omg thats fantastic... My hair used to be sooo thick it was hard to secure in a band... Now its thin... I can wind around the band 3 times!! I had to cut halfof my hair too... Does biotin need any medical prescription?

I have thought about doing this but I have a serious question, does biotin pills make the rest of the hair on your body thicker? I heard someone say it did that and that's been stopping me.

Octavia they work so give them a try @resham thanks finally it use to b thin:( I use to hate it @axia mine did too but I stared doing all this crZy strings to my hair n it got to the point where it got really thin so I decided to get a hair cut n take care of my hair n it work:)

Well maybe it wouldn't hurt to try it. my leg and arm hair is blonde so I guess it doesn't matter that much. I'm just worried about my bakini line because I've shaved it too often so now it already grows back super fast.

@axita, try silica. Its a.vitamin for thickening of the hair or hair loss. It also helps it become healthier.

I saw this post earlier and got straight off and ordered some biotin! Your progress is amazing :) I also use coconut oil once a week and only wash my hair once a week. I have long thick hair anyway but always wanting it thicker and longer so I'm exited to see if it makes such difference to my hair!

Girls, just remember that if you decide to take Biotin to drink a lot of water! If you don't, you'll probably break out.
