My lips get really dry. I use a lot of lip balms and it works for few days but then it comes back to dry part again.

Don't use Chapstick brand. I had the same problem Chapstick brand makes it worse. Like Amelia said, try to exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush. Yes it might hurt a little using the toothbrush but it works... Trust me it helped

Lip scrubs I got mine from lush cosmetics in Chicago and it works great! After that I put chap stick on, I recommend eos. Hope this works!

Try a lip scrub. You can make a homemade one with mixing honey and sugar or you can wet your toothbrush and scrub your lips with it to get all the dead skins away. After that apply some lip balm. It'll feel so soft!

It will always come back if you stop using lip balm so I used to have really dry lips but I don't anymore coz I put on Carmex every night and I don't eat too much salt and I used to wear lipstick everyday but now I wear Clinique chubby stick. I hope this helps.

Cover them in Vaseline then get in the shower. Exfoliate with your wash towel and re-moisturize! Do this daily!
