I would go back to the salon, talk to the manager and get a refund. Don't let the same girl try to fix it, just get your money back. If they try and refuse the refund, tell them you'll contact the Better Business Bureau and lodge a complaint.

Yeh I reckon you should go say something because if they cut your hair that bad she shouldn't really be working, she cannot be qualified I could probably do a better job. Sorry if it sounds harsh but I would absolutely hate that an go crazy at the person :/

Thanks guys! I'm going to try...yeah I do hate it, I've never had this bad a cut. I guess there a first for everything... It's actually worst than the pic is showing cause some of my layers underneath the top layer are shorter..kinda like a reversed layer hair cut if that makes any sense... @cherish I'm in the Dallas area in Texas..

Well if you don't like it I'm sure shed be happy to fix it my mommy is hairdresser and if someone doesn't like their hair she fixes it no charge! But... The second one is more of a short layered bob! Did you ask for a long bob or did you ask for layers that could be why you ended up with that.!! You have to be really specific when you are telling the hairdresser what you want! :D

No I just asked for a long bob and there backwards layers not like layers you see on a normal person that flow down.

Wow. I get so angry when I see pictures like these. those women are the reason why most of the people think so less of hairdressers. I'm so sorry! you should definitely go there again and talk to her or her boss! but for a better cut you should maybe find another hairdresser.
