Everyone has those pieces of advice that they hear once, and just cling to forever. So I was wondering, do any of you have any pieces of advice like that for contouring? Any tips or tricks that have stuck with you and really helped?

To start from the ear and sweep, and sucking in your cheeks will give you a clear guide! And that matte bronzers are best. :)

If you're going for a really structured contour, always use a matte bronzer. If you use a bronzer that has shimmer, the shimmer will catch the light and bring the bronzer forward as oppose to deepening up the look. Also, everything that Vanessa and Beth said :)

Making sure you get the right tools for contouring,I prefer a liquid foundation it give's off a better finish and blends in well versus a Contouring powder.Biggest tip is you don't have to Contour your whole face it's the biggest web social media Misconception! It's the kim makeup artist thing that brought that on ugh...Contour is made to enhance a feature on one's face,it doesn't always have to be the nose the chin ect. :D gosh I could go on lol.
