Hi girls,

Having real issues with my hair. It's so dry and brittle, and I straighten it which doesn't help, but my hair looks so much better with heat styling!
I've tried expensive products like kerastase but still no luck, my hair is so dry.
Anyone having similar problems? Please share your ideas :)

I use cut out shampoo for a while. If I shampoo, I deep condition. I also use argan, olive, and coconut oils.

I use it all over my hair...I mask my hair with it right after I get out the shower at night or just before I go to bed, and put a cap or wrap it in an old T and leave it over night and wash it out in the morning my hairs super soft and shiny and I'm actually noticing more hairs growing too!!=] I love it!!but yah there's all kinds of ways you can do it I heard people heat it up n then put it in their hair too!!=]

Coconut oil! I put it all over my hair in the morning & do my hair in a bun. I wash it in the night, leaves my hair feeling amazing.

Hi I'm a cosmetologist! oil treatments are great, and how long you leave them in is all up to you, but generally they should be in at least 20 mins to have any benefits. another great and cheap hair mask product is mayo- I know it sounds gross but I promise its worth it! mayo has egg whites and oils in it which will strengthen and soften your hair at the same time! I suggest getting a heat cap, basically a shower cap made with foil, from your local beauty supply- it will most likely be in the 'ethnic' hair section. this will help your hair get the maximum amount of absorption. mixing in a little apple cider vinegar is helpful for shine too.
