I would wear a solid tank and tuck it into the skirt, and pair it with some jewelry to add the right amount of sparkle you need :)

You could also put a jean jacket or vest or something over it. For shoes I think it would look super cute if you wore cowgirl boots if you're into that kind of thing ;) if not then some cute sandals would do.
