A couple of good ones, IMO, are Smashbox Photofinish Light and Laura Mercier Oil-Free.

Smashbox Photofinish has a lot of color correcting primers as well. they work like magic. Also MAC has fantastic Primers

a great primer I have found for me as I too have really oily skin is the prep and prime from mac its great and it hides large pores

Smashbox Photo Finish is a good one for oily skin! It's silicon based so it's suited for oily skin. Works great for me ;)

I'm really liking the Inglot primer lately. Its silicone based but feels a lot less greasy than the Smashbox one, and its a LOT cheaper :)

Rimmel fix and perfect is good! I've also heard good things about Hard Candy (available at walmart) sheer envy face primer, but I've never tried it myself.
