I recently bought this lovely dress at H&M. It's slightly higher in the front and more snug on the top when it's on than it looks. I want to wear it for my sister's graduation! What should I do with my hair and makeup? Shoes? Just so you know, I have long dark brown hair, and it's really hot where I live! Thanks for suggestions!
