I want to cut my hair because my ends are horrible. A new start will be good for me anyway. I feel like I would take better care of it when its short like this. I was thinking a long bob. It might not seem short, but I had long hair all my life. I'm going to the Philippines to see family. Should I cut it before I leave.?
