I am looking to purchase a high lighter for my face, and I like what I see with Benefit's Watt's up. BUT, I am on a budget so does anyone have suggestions for a more budget friendly one? I also like the High Beam by Benefit, but once again, it's a bit steep for my bank account right now.

Hardcandy's blush in honeymoon is a near dupe for my MAC by candlelight MSF, and only about $7... I have the benefit one too, as well as my MAC MSF, and I adore all three! The hardcandy one looks pink in the pan, but trust me, it has no pink to it whatsoever, and it's more finely milled than my MAC MSF for a more natural look!

Hardcandy's pinup blush is also another good highlight shade, but I love honeymoon more. Their highlighter in Tiki is too shimmery with larger particles of glitter bits I'm not a fan of, but def. a fun product for people who are into that. =]

Hope that helps! =]

My current fave is Dior Shimmer Powder in Amber Diamond. I love the warm, golden tones - http://www.atelierbeauty.com/2012/02/diorskin-poudre-shimmer-in-diamant-ambre-addict-extremeist/

As for the budget-conscious, I love SKIN79 Star Glow Powder, also a Meteorites dupe - http://www.atelierbeauty.com/2011/04/skin79-star-glow-ball-powder/

I have the Comfort Zone palette and I use the lightest shade on the left side and it's gorgeous! You can still get them in some drugstores if you don't have it already

if you want something very cheap, just use a nice champagne color to highlight your face :) I think it's better than the original white, because champagne color is more closer to your skin tone so it won't look so.. how should I say it:D unnatural? =) and by the cheap I meant that you propably are already having this color in your makeup purse so you don't have to go to the store and buy a new one!

Jane shimmering bronzer in Tahiti! It was only like $5 and it gives your skin a beautiful glow. There are dark pink, pink, and white blocks of color in it, and you can use all together or individual colors. Great multi-purpose item.

There are many great highlighters for those on a budget including: WNW Mega-Glo, e.l.f.'s shimmer sheets or healthy glow bronzer in Luminance, NYX Highlight/Contour, Milani Illuminating face powder or the Baked Bronzers (my favorite), also L.A. Colors Bronze Glow. There are plenty to choose from and these range from $2-$10 and really great quality. (Pictured is the Milani Bronzers)

A good budget-conscious way to highlight your face for fair-to-medium skin tones is to use a light shimmery eyeshadow with a fluffy face brush. I use a champagne shade; this is easy to find as nearly every brand carries one. For darker skin tones, just find a beige/light brown shimmery eyeshadow, or a light bronzer. (:

I use really pale eyeshadows like pinks or yellows, maybe even an off-white color, remove the excess and apply it. I look beautiful

Try Elf's "Gotta Glow" (studio line) its only $3 and its a great dupe for Nars Albatross which in my opinion is better then Benefit's High Beam and Watt's Up. Gotta Glow is a beautiful highlighter for your face. You can buy it at any Target store or the Elf cosmetics website www.eyeslipsface.com :-)
