Practice like before you go to bed when you want to try something new. that way you can work out the kinks and make sure you even like it.

Also like every body is always saying "blend blend blend " "face mask" are not sexy lol neither are patchy colors on your eyes.

Blend, blend, blend your eyeshadow. Vaseline works great for moisturizing your lips, if you fill in your brows applying concealer gives them a more defined shape. Applying lip liner before lipstick makes your lipstick last longer. These are some of the MANY things I've learned from these lovely ladies (:

Well, I have my brushes, m.j., Imani, mostly just a foundation when I was fifteen/sixteen (at that age you don't feel pretty enough then after that I just never took an interest) Darlene, I guess I just don't want to look like a clown. its my first time using bronzer. I love blush and I'm good with that, but sometimes it just comes out wrong. I'm not going into this completely blind, but definitely with my eyes closed.

I don't have my eyeshadow primer yet so that's on hold and my cream eyeshadow is a fall color so I'm not going to worry about it.

Hillary, lol thanks but I'm not one for looking 'sexy' I'm a very classy girl, more fifties conservative nineteen year old than modern day nineteen year old. thank you though I will keep that in mind

If you are trying to learn how to contour with your bronzer its best to put it on before your foundation if you want it to have a more natural look. Also I sometimes like to just put a light layer all of my face to make look kind of glowy. And if you put to much on by accident just take a clean powder brush and brush over it a lot to take it off. Using your hands of a cloth will just take all your make up off.

I thought about it but didn't want to do it wrong, plus I'm legally blind so I can't watch a video with my glasses off unless I put my phone super close to my eyes, lol so that's why I asked first.

I didn't start to wear actual makeup till my senior year, & I never wore or knew so much about any of it till I went to sephora for the first time, & they were so helpful and I felt confident when they did it. Later, I went to YouTube and yep. I became so obsessed with makeup tutorials. Seriously, YouTube has everything, it's so helpful since you get to see how they apply, & if you go to any beauty store, they can personally help you:) have fun with it!:)

If you use powder to set foundation use. Shade lighter than you normally would as it will get darker as you apply more throughout the day. X.

The best thing that also worked for me when I started make up was checking out youtube! There are sooo many good videos on how to use make uo and different colours and techniques! I learned everything on youtube! :) My favourite gurus are laurenbeauty, carlibel, nicoleguirro or something like that :p and you can find soo many more amazing make up artists on youtube! Hope I helped!

As far as blush and bronzer go, I'd say use a very light hand! You can always put more on, but it's a lot harder to take it off without messing everything else up!
