Where to buy double wear 1c1 shell online?

I just found out I can't buy Estee Lauder Double Wear in the shade 1c1 Shell in Sweden where I live. They will take back the discontinued shade because of all the conplaints but the nordic market is not included.
Where can I buy it online? Except eBay which seems a little un-safe?
