I keep getting these sore bumps on my face and it hurts if I touch it also I have pimples, I clean my face and exfoliate it every second night. Help.

Don't exfoliate as much! Your stripping your skin of its natural oils and running it raw. You should only exfoliate 2-3 times a week max. The purpose of exfoliating is to get rid of dead skin cells, but by exfoliating do much you're getting rid of the new and growing skin cells too and it's irritating your skin.
That would be my best bet at least.
