I dyed my hair blond but after few washes the colour has come out almost completely... Why did it happen? I used permanent dye...is it any way I can prevent that?

What's your natural color? For blondes to stay in, it has to be on blonde hair already. If you have anything darker than blonde already, it's washed out because you didn't bleach your hair. If you want blonde hair, it's almost a given that you'd have to bleach and tone it.

I died it on my natural colour which is brown...I tried it twice and each time with the same result... Does the bleaching damage hair a lot?

Girl if you want blonde hair the literal only way to get is bleaching it. If your hair is virgin hair, it's not nearly as damaging as long as you take good care of it.
