Hmmm. I'm not sure about black shoes because you might look like a bumble bee (not being mean btw) maybe white or nude pumps, brogues or heels would look nice. Maybe similar bracelets and necklaces to the shoe colour. Hope I helped :)

I think maybe change the belt with a brown belt so it breaks up some of the yellow and then either nude wages or nude pomps or sandals depending on if you want to dress it up or down.
