Girls should I put eye liner on the bottom or what?

I think lining the bottom would pull your eye look together, but only line about halfway. That way you arent completely closing up your eye, but further defining your look.

Jameeeeeeelah. You look gorgeous like this. I'm Arab too and when I stopped wearing eyeliner on the bottom, I felt weird. But now it's my fave look.

You are beautiful, I wouldn't use liner under your eye everyday but for a more dramatic look on certain occasions would look awesome on you.
