You should try a mascara that makes your eye lashes longer. And more eyeshadow neutral colors. And pink lipstick or lip-gloss you could also try winged eye-liner.

For some reason the pic w dark hair is more natural looking and it looks like your skin is glowing. I think your natural color with ombre or like sunkissed highlights would look great on you. I have to agree the middle part sounds like a good idea but I could see you rockin a fringe too lol your pretty.
