Comb/F with it a lot...my wavy/curly hair gets pretty smooth this way, like a natural slight wave. I part it down the center from forehead to nape of neck, split it down either side bringing it to the front, relax n watch TV with a comb next to me and comb it every few mins/commercial. but I doubt your hair will get stick-straight without heat...good luck:)
