Splat or rage from hottopic (not nrage from Sally's that stuff washes out quickly). Do not try ion if you are bleaching the bottom or ever want it to come out. I learned that the hard way!!

I'm going to say Manic Panic. I've tried I think it's called Splat! or something like that, and I loved it. Manic Panic is vegan though, so there's no harsh chemicals in it. You can leave it in your hair as long as you want since the base is conditioner; it won't damage your hair.

If you do manic panic I'd mix it with you conditioner to refresh your dip dye! In my experience with their pink it does wash out quite quickly! But if you want something temporary it works very well!!

My friend used manic panic on me and it stayed in for maybe 2 or 3 weeks but faded a bit after 1 week.
