They all look good. It just matters on what your abilities are. Personally I don't like pencil. I prefer gel because it is easier and looks better because you don't mess up. But if you have a steady hand then liquid. I like the revlon cream liner.

It depends on what you prefer/ what you're most comfortable using :) eyeliner markers work really well, they're not liquid or pencil, look really neat, and are good for beginners. Loreal has really nice ones. You should try them out :)
