I never wear foundation or concealer or any face make up. All I wear is mascara since I'm only a freshman in high school. But I was thinking about wearing foundation. But I was wondering if it would give me acne. So if anybody knows if this will cause acne please let me know cause I don't want to put it on if it makes my face have acne. Thanks(:

Oh also if this doesn't cause acne does anybody know some good foundation I could use. I don't wanna spend like $50 on foundation so does anybody know some good cheep ones?

I've wondered the same thing. I recently started wearing foundation (like the past year or so) and as far as I can tell I don't break out bc of it as long as I keep my face cleansed. Wash your makeup off at night before bed and you should be ok. As far as brands I'm not too sure...it'll probably be trial and error.

Certain ingredients are known to cause acne so if you don't need it I would stay away from it - but always look for products that are noncomedogenic and nonacnegenic - otherwise this website helps me to analyze makeup brands before I buy them to see if they will break me out www.cosdna.com/eng otherwise try something made for acne prone skin like clinique's brand of acne line makeup they have foundation n concealer that work great.

That's a decision you need to make. If you feel like you need/want to wear it then go for it. Covering acne isn't the only reason people wear foundation. You can wear it if you want to even out your skin tone, cover freckles or other imperfections, and ect.

Yeah its up to you what you want to put on your face but in my opinion most people use foundation/Concealer to cover up imperfections to make their skin look flawless - if yours is already flawless then there really is no need for it - but like Melissa said its up to you what you wanna do with your makeup - feel free to have fun n try new things nothing wrong with that :)
