The best thing to do is get a camera which shoots in HD. your video quality will be very good and clear enough for people to see what you are doing.

gah, i was JUST at radio shack and ALL of their cameras were on sale. i saw a bunch that said HD but had different numbers and terms i didnt know anything about @__@ I'll look into that nikon and others that are similar :) thank you so much
