What's up with my Mascara? (globs of goo please help!)

So my mascara is only a few weeks old. It's been perfect: lengthening, voluminous, etc, but now whenever I take the brush out of the container, it is all globbed up and I am unable to use it. One day I wiped the globs off and used the mascara as it is supposed to be used. It was the same as it was before it globbed up! But I was wondering if there was any way to use it without wiping the globs off every day? I was considering putting some makeup remover in the container and shaking it up but I'm not sure that would help because it seems runnier than normal mascara. I am not sure why my mascara is doing this, all the conditions (room temp, placement, usage, etc,) have remained the same. Please help! Thanks!

Did you leave it in the sun? That's the only thing I could think that would make it like that. I'm not sure what to put on it because you have to be careful because if it fixes it will go near your eyes and you don't want any infections. Sorry :)

Are you sure you close it tight once your done using it?

Or you might have just gotten a bad batch try buying it again if its drugstore and if it still does that then that mascara is bad.

It is perfectly fine to go ahead and add about two drops of a good makeup remover don't add water because it will make it worse the oil in the makeup remover will cause the goopy mess to thin out but still keep the lengthening, voluminous formula that the mascara has... Hope that helps:)

Naomi it is Avon super extend infinitize mascara

No I didn't leave it in the sun Megan but I'm confused on what you mean "if it fixes it will go near your eyes"

Anna yes I'd been super sure of closing it tight because I liked it a lot.

I might have gotten a bad batch, but I think I will try the makeup remover because what have I got to lose? Thanks Amber

Have you checked to see if when you pull the wand out if the rubber seal that takes off extra mascara is coming off with it? I have this mascara and it seems to do that a lot to me.

Oh forgot to add this if you close it up and when you twist it open if you kinda pull the wand to the side as you twist the rubber part should stay in

I have experienced this and come to realize that the piece that, I don't know, wipes the extra off as you pull the wand out had just disappeared. the only thing I could do to fix it was buy a cheaper mascara with the same size and replaced the piece.
