Not a foundation, but I use Missha Perfect Cover BB cream. It's a Korean brand, and it is the bee's knees. It has SPF 45, has coverage that is comparable to light-to-medium coverage foundation, and softens and soothes my skin. I use it every day. On days when I feel like I need heavier coverage, I simply layer a mineral foundation or another light-to-medium coverage foundation (NARS Sheer Glow is my fave) over my BB. I like this product because it is so versatile and has really improved the quality of my skin. It's emollient enough that I can lightly blend it down my neck and up into my hairline for excellent sun protection beyond just my jawline, all without adding layers of products to my face and breaking me out. If you really want to cut out the additional step of sunscreen, a traditional foundation may not yield as good a result as a good quality Asian BB cream. (I must note that I find American BB creams to be absolute shit and not "creams" at all. They're thin, tinted moisturizers and don't give coverage that's comparable to foundation at all, IMHO).
