I have a theory, I don't know if itll work but its worth a shot ro try it.
since yoyr hair is made of fiber I would eat more fiber. it could possibly help you hair grow out a little longer.

Salt spray really gives my thin hair texture plus layers do help. I can't help much with the length other than eating healthy and not using heat or dye on it.

Ask your stylist for star shaped layers on the crown only, it'll naturally give more volume. TiGi catwalk dry shampoo is the best out there, lots of volume plus the scent is amazing.

Thicken up or lemon sage thickening spray both by Paul Mitchell really makes your hair cuticles fat as can be!
