Not completely sure about toner, but you can use bronzer all over your skin to give yourself a more sun kissed look, lots of people also like to use it to contour such as myself! Hope this helped!

Bronzer is like blush but it's brown. It's used to give your face some color or to contour your face. Toner is used right after you wash your face to even out your skin tone, tighten and brighten! Hope this helped
