Can I ever use to much eye makeup, if so how much should I use?

You can definitely use too much eye makeup, but only if you really go overboard. Try not to use too much eyeshadow, and eyeliner shouldn't be very thick.

Blend out your eyeshadow, do light coats of mascara so they don't get clumpy, and don't put on eyeliner too thick, then you will be fine. :-)

I think it's more about preference. I know people who think any eyeshadow is too much, and people who wear aeveral eyeshadow shades. Personally, I don't think it's about how mucb you're wearing, but more about the application. you could be wearing one eyeshadow and have it be applied sloppily just like you could have 20 different eyeshadows on and have it applied beautifully.
