I've always had thick full hair but I've been noticing my hair is really becoming thin like most of its gone does anyone know any products that I can buy from a drug store or a beauty supply store that will bring my hair back to normal? should I keep my hair in a braid? should I cut it? someone please help Idk what to do should I go to a doctor if so what type of doctor?

Go to a dermatologists same thing was happening to me my hormone levels were slightly off so he prescribed a peanut oil I apply to my scalp he wanted me to take pills as well but if your trying to conceive you can't take the pills. my hair has improved enough that I'm not stressed over it anymore.

Clinicure is a line if hair products made for thinning hair. My friend swears by it and even I can see the difference it's made. I agree about seeing an endocrinologist to check your thyroid or a derm that specializes in hair and scalp if this continues. Also...try to chill with some breathing exercises. You can find some good ones on YouTube.

Sounds like a symptom of hypothyroidism! Look it up and see if any other symptoms are present, but it could be something else totally minor :)

Check your thyroid levels. thinning hair is a major symptom of hypothyroidism.
