So I've been using sephoras makeup forever eyeliner in black.

I put my eyeliner on my water line so naturally it fades fast

Any suggestions for an all day liner that is jet black?

One of my close friends does. She did my wedding makeup. I swear she's amazing. My first pic she took - I cried then she yelled at me for crying after doing it all haha.
