I love my Fix +! you can use it for multiple things, so I think so.
Haven't tried the NYX though.

I have both and would say if you want dewy nyx would be best but for day to day I like to contour and keep more of a matte look and fix + works well for that and keeps my makeup in place longer then it would without it.

Fix+ isnt a setting spray, if that's what youre looking for its not it.
Fix+ is used to refresh your skin and add some deweyness.
