Stila Stay All Day 24/7 Pen. It lasts underwater so it should last on land too! Lol it's $32 at Sephora. :)

I actually like the wet & wild liquid liner. cheap.. and it lasts. I can barely get it off when I want it lol.

Jordana (I think I spelled that wrong) has really great ones. There's one that's called semi permanent or something like that and it's great!

I use a wet n wild eyeliner pen. I swatched it on my hand and slept with it on, washed the dishes and my dog, and it looks like I just put it on! it's amazing!!
