I got my haircut today. Usually my hair gets washed before it gets cut so it's damp. But today I got it cut but my hair was dry. Is this bad for my hair?

I don't think so? I think wet hair just makes it easier to cut? but I might be wrong.

Not that I'm aware of. It being cut wet helps them cut easier. I usually cut mine dry as I have a lot of volume and curl. It looks very different dry and wet.

They usually just wet you're hair, to get an even cut. There's no difference.

I got my hair cut dry when I wa younger because it was super curly? So it might be your hair type? Because they want it to look right when it's dry? Just my guess.

Nope its called a dry haircut and some ppl prefer them. my gtandmother makes me do dry haircuts on her. to me its easier bc when the hair is wet and you pull different. levels of tension on it some hair will be longer then others its tough to explain but it is not bad for your hair.

And yes dry haircuts mostly for ppl with curly hair bc if you wet it and cut it you have to pull the same tension everytime or some hair will be longer and some shorter if you think about it it makes sense lol its wayyy easier to cut curly hair dry trust me.
