I would use white eyeliner on the waterline! It makes your eyes look bigger. Maybe you could use a eyelash curler to make your lashes go up if using fake lashes is too much trouble.

Having liner down the bottom is too harsh for you I think. Use a brown eyeliner and keep the eye shadows. X.
