You should always use heat protectant spray befor each time, plus you could use special hair shampoo for your ends.

Cut your hair ends a timy bit so that your hair doesn't shorten and let it dry naturally more. You can use techniques to do no-heat curls and so your hair will look pretty but without you danaging it!

Get your hair trimmed and use keratin oil. I use heat on my hair often and it REALLY helps protect.
