If you are looking for liquid liner, I use a liquid pen from Mac the Marilyn Monroe collection; but if I don't use a liquid pen I use NYC liquid eyeliner, btw I do not use a pencil.

I love jordanna fabuliner and essence gel liner.
Also, wet n wild's felt tip liquid liner is amazing. Just don't get the waterproof one.

Drugstore brand- Revlon ColorStay. Nothing crazy, just something simple that works. The black is good but the dark brown is perfect for my eye color. High end- Urban Decay 24/7 is AMAZING with great staying power and consistency and lots of fun super pigmented colors!

Wet n' wild has a felt tip liner that I like a lot, plus you can find it at a drug store or target and it's not expensive.
