Rozberry and Shelly have it right. Swap out your bulbs for full spectrum bulbs. Most lightbulbs are warm and low lighting. I have a 3 bulb lamp beside my vanity table to emulate the outdoors, now my makeup doesn't ever surprise me.

I just notice little wrinkles starting and my pores in natural light it sickens me lol.
