I know elf has an ash brown Basma that is a medium brown without warm tones! I use NYX eyebrow pencil in black.

Nyx jumbo eye pencil in dark brown, and set w/ 8 hour cream if I can be bothered. I got the pencil from BeautyJoint, and 8 hour cream you can get from any department store etc.

I used to use the maybelline define a brow but now I use MAC eyeshadow in Omega. It looks really light but it works really well. And I think the shadow looks more natural.
