Since your room is small I would be sure everything you have can be used for 2+ things. I would orange sort of like a dorm because it is small.

Maybe move your bed to the wall where the curtain is then put your rug move the furniture of that wall where your bed is. Hope that helped.

An idea is to maybe move some things that you don't necessarily NEED out ( you could sell them or keep them in storage) , take everything out of your room and then put it all back in, make sure your room is relaxed and keeps you calm.
