Best cheap eye shadows : probably wet & wild and sleek, best expensive ones : mac and urban decay for sure! Best lipsticks: mac, revlon and rimmel! Best brushes : sigma and ecotools, best blushes: mac and tarte (also wet and wild) , best lip liners: rimmel, best eyeshadow primer: urban decay and yeah, can't think of anything else now haha :)

To start out I would definitely advise looking into NYX cosmetics.. their make up is affordable and really pigmented. also don't forget to always use a primer prior to putting on eyeshadow. my favorites are the primer potion by urban decay and painterly paint pot by MAC. another good alternative if you don't have eye primers are concealers. hope that helped!
