I have the same problem I've heard coconut oil helps a lot also try not to use any heat what so ever on your hair including hair dryer

My hair use to up to my shoulders until I started using Pantene beautiful lengths shampoo and now my hair is down to my lower back:) coconut oil is really good too and hair mayo is amazing. It's adds strength and protein to your hair which stimulates hair growth.. Hope this works for you!

Just use no heat. I used no heat for a long time (and still do) and my hair has grown a lot. And that was only in a couple months. Just use as little as possible. Heat damages your hair.

I'm taking biotin, using mane n tail shampoo, den a conditioner for curly hair. I also do coconut oil for 2 hrs before my shower. Olive oil too.! Mix together. (: I do this atleast 2-3 times a week.
