My hair is quite fine and literally some days is completely flat on my head. How can I give it more volume and life? I have tried drying upside down, backcombing and hairspray, volumising gel, volumising shampoos and dry shampoo. Thanks :)

I love questions like this :) well for my hair after I blowdry I had Velcro rollers into my hair, the bigger ones at the root, then dry over them for a few minutes, after I use a kind of texturising putty that moulds the roots into shape, I also recommend maybe buying clip in hair extensions to give the appearance of more hair, they don't have to be long hair extensions, shorter pieces work great too :)

Use aquage root uplifting foam, blow dry upside down then once dry set the top in big velcro rollers and spray with some hairspray and let it set while you do makeup or eat! and for some added volume sprinkling a little bit of a hair powder at the roots (I like avedas hair potion) and backcombing a little bit helps amd finishing with a bit more hairspray!
