I'm trying to grow my hair out really healthy because I damaged it with dye, are there any ways I can get it to grow quickly & take care of it really well?

Massage your scalp in the shower when you have conditioner in your hair. Atleast massage for about 3 minutes.

Don't use any heat of your hair or at least cut down on it

I would cut down on how many times per week you wash your hair. Every other day should be the max. And you could try just washing your hair with conditioner. There's enough ingredients in conditioner that will clean your hair but not strip it like shampoo does. You need to keep as much moisture in your hair as possible.

I'm in the same boat. I have stopped bow drying my hair and no more heat tools. I take biotin every day, and use coconut oil masks once ever week or so. So far, I've seen amazing results! I started with a pixie cut, and now I'm just above my shoulders in a little under six months!
