I think it looks fine. I don't particularly like that it's sparkly all over but that's just me. I'm a matte kind of girl when it comes to a smokey eye. I think your color choices were spot on though it might benefit from a little spice in the inner corners, whether that's a shimmery shape or just a highlight.
About the liner- I don't think the liner is a problem! a lot of times the smokey eye is about looking imperfect and soft on the edges. So while it would be nice, it definitely didn't feel like it was missing the wing tip. :)
