Soak cotton balls in remover then wrap them in aluminum foil on to your nails.

What you need is nail polish remover and a cotten ball
1.) rip cotten ball into strip
2.)rip the strip into tuffs
3.)soak them in nail polish remover
4.)put on nails and wait a couple minutes
5.) and wipe!!

I've heard that if you paint a layer of Elmer's glue on before the glitter polish it peels off easily.

Acetone and then buff with a fine buffer. my cotton balls always get stuck on the glitter and makes a huge mess lol.
