Try giving yourself a healthy glow with some light bronzer on your Tzone and on your chest where the sun would tan it. Its only a small thing but it makes you look great. There are plenty of tutorials to help bronzing on youtube!

Also if you have blonde or light eyelashes/eyebrows it makes a huge difference of you dye them the right shade! My friend did it and it looked fab!

He easiest way I go is to get some statement jewelry like really bold necklaces. That way you always look like you put a lot effort into your outfit.
