You have to get used to the method of the wand and yes there is a bigger chance of burning yourself but in my opinion, the curls are prettier and they definitely last longer! I recommend the Remington pro pearl wand, my curls last for about 3 days :)

I like the iron better because you can use it as an actual curling iron or just wrap your hair around the same way as a wand

A curling iron sometimes leaves the kinks.. The curling wand which I have has long lasting curls and they turn out how you want them.
