Thanks hun! I first lined my waterline with a black eyeliner and brought it down a little then I used smog from Urban Decay and smudged it out with a pencil brush :)

I used the Loreal HiP cream eyeliner in teal and set it with MAC Jealousy Wakes eyeshadow it's also a teal color.
