I'm 5'3 a uk size 10 but have a large jlo bum so find it difficult to find jeans as if I buy a bigger size they are to big on the waist, what style would you recommend? I love skinny jeans but don't know if they are the right style.

I wish I had an answer. :-/ I've asked just about everyone I know, and even some people I don't know, what brands make jeans for this body shape and every suggestion I tried wasn't curvy enough for me so I've resorted to buying jeans to fit my hips/butt and then getting them altered. I have a 30" waist but am 39" through the hips and it doesn't help that I prefer looser jeans. Some brands that people suggested to me were 7 For All Mankind, True Religion, and Gap. Definitely worth a try, but they may or may not be curvy enough. The only pair of jeans I've had that really worked were made by Ariya but they don't make that particular style anymore. Bummer! Hopefully someone else on here knows of a super-curvy brand!

Joes Jeans are some of my favorite though. The key is finding jeans that aren't super low in the hips because they have to come over your bum comfortably or else you end up showing crack. Banana Republic is also supposed to be good for jeans, as well as TJ Maxx, or at least these work for me.

I like the supreme curve from the curve ID line at Levi's they are roomy in the hip butt n thigh area and tight in the waist they have other ones too based on whatever your Jean problem is I know mine usually gap in the back even if its my size cause my waist is smaller than my hips/butt and I have tried many jeans and only Levi's curve ID fit me like a glove and flatter my figure - they are expensive but a good investment- I also tried PZI and apple bottoms they didn't do anything and they are supposed to be for girls with big butts too but mine was too big for them :P so yes try Levi's n see what you think!
